Adults 18 and older

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Being My Best.

AI disclosure and scope

Moira is an AI companion, not a person or a licensed professional. Being My Best is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or crisis care. AI replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong; use your own judgment and consult an appropriate licensed professional for professional advice.

Your account and words

You are responsible for your sign-in credentials. What you write remains yours. You give Being My Best permission only to store and process it as needed to provide the service. See the Privacy page for deletion controls and details.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Being My Best as an emergency service.
  • Do not use it to advise or impersonate a licensed professional.
  • Do not access another person's account or disrupt the service.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or use the service to build a competing model or dataset.
  • Do not submit unlawful content or content that violates another person's rights.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any reply will suit your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Being My Best and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, goodwill, or expected benefit. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid during the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars.

If you are in immediate danger, call or text 988 or call 911. Being My Best cannot contact emergency services for you. See Safety.

Tennessee law

These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts in Tennessee unless applicable law requires otherwise.
